Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing products from fakeidfactory.com, a subsidiary of Custompal LLC. To enhance your experience and protect your rights, we kindly ask you to review our policies thoroughly.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated. You can reach us at order@fakeidfactory.com at any time.

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to meet high standards to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we recognize that situations may arise that require a return or refund. This policy outlines our procedures for such instances.

Refund Issues
a) Quality Issues: If you receive a product that does not conform to the specifications you provided or contains errors made by us, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will address the issue promptly.
b) Delivery Issues: In the event of delivery delays beyond the estimated date or non-delivery, please contact us for investigation. If the issue remains unresolved, we will issue a full refund.
c) Change of Mind: If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, we will provide a full refund. However, once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be processed.

Returns Policy
a) Our products are custom-made to your specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns for items that meet the provided criteria and do not contain errors on our part.
b) If you believe your product does not meet the specified requirements or contains errors, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We may request additional information or images to verify your claim. If the error is on our part, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return request, please email our customer support team at order@fakeidfactory.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the process.

Exceptions
a) We cannot issue refunds or replacements for products that have been confiscated or seized by authorities due to unlawful use.
b) We do not condone illegal activities, and our products should not be used for fraudulent purposes.

Return & Exchange Conditions

· Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

· Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

· All items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

· Customers must use the designated shipping method and provide tracking information for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

· Gift cards and certain items are non-refundable.

· Damages or losses caused by customers are non-refundable.

· Products returned beyond 30 days after arrival or for no reason will not be accepted.

· Products damaged due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, are also non-returnable.

General Return Process

1. Request a Return: Email us at order@fakeidfactory.com with photos and/or videos of the items along with your order number. Our customer service team will assess your request within 3 business days.

2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and requires a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and either issue a refund or provide a replacement.

Return Charges

· If the return is due to an issue on our part (e.g., incorrect products or quality problems), we will issue a full refund.

· If the return is due to a buyer-related issue (e.g., change of mind or incorrect order), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

· No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at order@fakeidfactory.com.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after your purchase. If payment is completed and the parcel has not been shipped, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. However, cancellations cannot be processed once the parcel has been shipped.

Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
